wedding day!

no, not mine. don't freak out.

my friend/old roommate Jodi from college is getting married today! i am so excited to be there. i rarely get to see Jo but she is such a great girl. and her fiance Derek is hilarious and we like him a lot. he can stay. :)

weddings of college friends are great for so many reasons. you get dressed up and see people you haven't seen in a long time. you get to have one giant dance party like you used to back in the day. you can catch up on life. on occasion, i get to sing! but best of all, you get to witness one of your oldest friends being really happy and starting an exciting new chapter in their life. nothing better than that!

i can't wait to see Jodi today and hug her... yay!
