As of today, I am officially done reading the entire bible! It only took me seven months haha. It was an awesome experience though, I recommend it to everyone who wants to grow closer to the Lord. I read it straight through and He taught me things about my life the whole way. Also, I think a lot of people believe that the Old Testament is dry and boring, and it's true that some of it is. But I also found it to be true that it has a lot of wisdom and it cleared up a lot of questions I had about where my faith comes from and such. I'm excited to go back and re-read. And can I just say... Revelation is crazy. In a good way. There is so much to figure out in that book-- it was hard to read at some points. But where God reveals what is going to happen in heaven... that is something I don't want to wait for. :)
Tomorrow I'll be done with finals and I am excited for that. My roommates are almost done too, and celebrate we will. I've enjoyed time spent with my friends lately, they mean the world to me. Even though I have no substantial job, though college will be over, though I will miss my old life, God is good. So very good.
Lead me on, and I will run after You...
