and now the weak say "I have strength..."

I've been listening to "Savior King" by Hillsong lately. It's a good one.

It's been a rough couple of weeks what with Thanksgiving coming up and graduation and tons of work to do. I'm in the midst of it now and it'll all be over soon but I'm trying not to take my last college experiences for granted. I know I'm staying here for the rest of the year but I won't be in college anymore-- that's a weird thought. Anyway-- just some issues and schoolwork to figure out and lots of prayer.

God showed me this verse last night:

"Let the morning bring me word of Your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in You. Show me the way I should go, for to You I lift up my soul." -Psalm 143:8

It's interesting that it says "morning" because the morning is the time when I wake up and immediately start thinking. I just lay there and think about everything I'm going through, all the work I have to do, all the stress and worries. So the morning is definitely the time I need to be listening to God the most. And trusting Him more with my life, knowing that I can't fix it. This verse is also cool because the cry of my heart lately has truly been, "Show me the way I should go." From everything to momentary problems to my whole future, that's what I'm lifting up to Him.

I'm heading home today and depending on the Internet status in my house I'm sure I'll be posting frequently if I'm bored. Other than that I'll be hanging out with the fam and doing lots of homework-- with visits to dearly missed friends thrown in. :) Talk to you guys later.

<3.
